将工业有机、无机化工原料根据企业购入规格检验合格后，进行脱水、纯化、过滤等工艺步骤，去除产品中的杂质、
导构体、金属离子、颗粒及水分，最后通过色变谱仪、水分仪、ICP-MS、颗粒仪及理化分析检验合格后，将产品注入百
级净化房，控制0.1微米的颗粒进行灌装。
弊社は、調達仕様に従い購入された工業用有機あるいは無機化学原料を受入れ検査後、脱水.高純度化.フィルターによる濾過等の工程により、製品中の水分および雑物?異物?金属イオン除去と粒度調整をいたします。
一連の工程を経た製品について、専用機器を用いた徹底した検査を実施いたします。
具体的には、水分分析機器、クロマトグラフィー機器、ICP-MS、粒度分析機器及び物理＆化学性分析検査を実施し、合格製品をクラス100万級クリーンルーム内にて0.1ミクロンの粒度にコントロールされた製品を包装します。
After inspection of raw organic/inorganic materials according to purchase specifications,
they are subjected to the processes of dehydration, purification, filtration to remove
contaminations, isomers, particles and water. Final inspection is done using
chromatograph, moisture and particle testers, ICP-MS and other physical and chemical
analysis before filling under Class 100 cleanroom environment to ensure particle count
below 0.1 micron. |
