将提纯的有机、无机化学品按指标及工艺要求加入固体原料、高纯水、表面活性剂及相关添加剂，配制成黄光区
及普通电子产品生产所需的混合液，经过电位滴定仪、颗粒仪、水分仪、ICP-MS及常规理化分析、检测合格后，
将产品注入百级净化房，控制0.1微米的颗粒进行灌装。
指標および工芸により精製された有機あるいは無機化学品に固体原料、高純水、表面活性剤を入れ、黄光区及び普通電子製品生産に必要な混合液を調合することにより生産いたします。
一連の工程を経た製品について、専用機器を用いた徹底した検査を実施いたします。
具体的には、水分測定機器、電位滴定機器、粒度測定機器、ICP-MS及び通常物理＆化学性分析を実施し、合格製品をクラス100万級クリーンルーム内にて0.1ミクロンの粒度にコントロールされた製品を包装します。
According to specifications and process requirements, the distilled organic/inorganic
chemicals are mixed with the necessary solid materials, distilled water, surfactants and
additives to produce chemical compounds for electronic use under either special yellow
illumination or normal light. They are then subjected to inspection using potentiometric
titrator, particle and moisture testers, ICP-MS and other chemical and physical analysis
before filling in Class 100 cleanroom to ensure particle count below 0.1 micron. |
